At The Bradliy LLC, our mission is simple: To deliver outstanding, human-first customer support while empowering older adults with dignified, flexible, and meaningful work. We believe great service starts with great people - and that includes the experienced, reliable, and capable seniors in our communities. Our agents aren’t just here to answer phones or emails. They’re here to make a difference, both for your customers and in their own lives.
Our Story
Founded by Jacqueline Atang, The Bradliy LLC was built to provide reliable remote customer support while also creating meaningful work for older adults. Many of our agents are retirees or semi-retired individuals who want to stay engaged, independent, and useful - and we give them the opportunity to do just that.
Why Seniors?
Older adults are often underestimated in today’s workforce. But we see their true value: patience, emotional intelligence, and deep life experience.
With advances in healthcare and technology, seniors today are living longer, healthier, and more connected lives. Many still want to contribute, socialize, and earn a living. What they need is opportunity.
